Symptoms
After you remove and replace the cover on some Dell computers, the following message is displayed at the next system start-up:ALERT! Cover was previously removed.
Cause
Some Dell computers have a chassis intrusion switch will detects when the cover has been removed. This acts as a security measure against hardware tampering.
Resolution-Technicians and Advanced Users ONLY!
To reset the chassis intrusion detector, enter System Setup (BIOS settings), select System Security, and reset Chassis Intrusion to Enabled or Enabled-Silent.

Not able to install VMware remote console plug-in
If anybody having trouble installing VMware remote console plug-in then the easy way to install that plug-in is go to the server in which you installed VMware server and go to the location ProgramFiles\VMware\VMware Server\tomcat\webapps\ui\plugin there you will get the installer for plug-in and start the installation.

The Outlook Symantec Add-in error pop-up
Error:"The Add-in "Symantec Antivirus Outlook Protection" (c:\program files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\vpmsece.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the add-in manufacter for an update. if no update is available, please uninstall the add-in"
Resolution:close outlook
browse to Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
delete extend.dat

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager space problem
The simple way of freeing up space in SEPM server is that delete the update logs from the server.
Steps:
1.Start-->Run
2. Type the following location in the Run. C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC2
3. Delete all the .txt files
This applies in those servers which boot partition space is going down by everyday.
