An "Error: GetEngineFiles Timed out" error message is logged in Antigen

Error:
Source : GetEngineFiles
Event Id :6014
Exchange Server : MS Exchange Server 2003
Operating System : Windows Server 2003
Solutions:
To work around this problem, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Sybari Software\Antigen For Exchange\EngineDownloadTimeout
3. Double-click the EngineDownloadTimeout registry entry, and then type 600 in the Value box.

When you set the EngineDownloadTimeout registry entry to 600, the engine download process times out after 10 minutes.

Note You do not have to restart the Antigen services or the Microsoft Exchange Server services after you change this registry entry.

When you click on My Task in Project Web Access you receive an error.

Error1:When you click on My Task in Project Web Access you receive an error.
An unexpected error has occurred.

Error2: Wnen you do some job in Project server 2007 then the job stays in the Queue. It will show the job that 'prepairing process'

Solutions: The solutions for both problem are MOPS SP2 and WSS 3.0.
download the ServicePack2 for Windows Share point Services 3.0 and Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 and apply that in your Project server.

How to unblock port 87 in Mozilla Firefox






In Mozilla Firefox some ports are blocked by default. If you want to unblock that port, follow the steps mentioned below.
Step1: Type 'about:config' without quotes in the address bar.
Step2: One warning will come. don't worry Click OK.
Step3: Right Click on anywhere in white pane-->Click on 'New'-->Click on 'string'.
Step4: Type 'network.security.ports.banned.override' in the String box without quotes and Click OK.
Step5: Type '87' without quotes.you can give any port value or multiple port values using comma(,)
Step6: Click OK.
Now the respective port will be unblocked in Mozilla

An Error occurred while sending the file to the Records Records Center.

Solutions:
1. Central Administration > Application Management -> External Service Connections -> Records center -> select Connect to a Records Center and type inside the URL field your records url as following http://NameOfServer/RecordCentreName/_vti_bin/Officialfile.asmx

The Add-in "Symantec AntiVirus Outlook Protection"

This is the error will get while we try to open Outlook after installing Symantec Client in the computer.
Close the outlook.
Go to the location C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
and Delete the Extend.dat file.
Restart the Outlook.

VPN Configuration

Go to Start-->My Network Places
Right click on My Network Places and select Properties Else go to Network Connections from the Control Panel
From the top left corner choose File-->New Connection
The new connection wizard pops up. Choose Next.
On the next window choose Connect to the network at my work place. Choose Next.
On the next window choose Virtual Private Network Connection.Choose Next.
Key in the connection name as Company name.
On the Public Network Page Select Do not dial Initial Connection.
Key in the IP Address of VPN server.
On the next window use the default settings and choose Next.
Choose the add short cut to my desktop box and click Finish.
Click the newly created connection and log in with the credentials.
